The transitions between the seasons is always such a pleasure in Atlanta…after a long summer, the first nip of coolness in the air gets everyone excited to be outside again. And so it goes with birthdays, especially when you have little ones. You start to mark the passing of seasons and milestones, such as birthdays, and school days, and vacation. I love to help my clients mark the passage of time with timeless, fun portraits, especially ones that are meaningful to the eye of the beholder. This particular shoot marked a first year celebration, and we wanted a non-traditional, Midtown-inspired feel to the portraits, which we achieved at one of my new favorite locations (and also features delish cupcakes!). And just because Daddy prefers Irishness, that didn’t stop us from posing in front of a British telephone booth! Cheers!
